- ABSTRACT: Freedom of Speech versus Corporate Security comes to the fore with a discussion of the ability of hacker's to discover and create methods for subversion of protection codes and other safeguards is a guarantee against getting locked into Big Brotherdom and should not be able to be legislated against. What one actually DOES with the knowledge after it is designed or created, though, is entirely another matter. (I.e., designing, building, or selling a gun is NOT the same thing as committing a murder...) ....
