ABSTRACT: Until now, the US has helfd the military and moral 'high ground' in its battle against terror in the Afghan War, but with the introduction of miltary, detainees, immigrant detainees, and secret military tribunals, the Bush administration takes itself close to the edge of a very disturbing narrow precipice.
