Immigration Policy to Bar Canadian and Mexican Part-time Students

Date: July 8, 2002
Author: Danny Hakim

ABSTRACT: Although Mexican and Canadian citizens can easily enter the United States to shop or visit friends, many foreign students from these countries will be banned from seeking higher-education as part-time students come this fall.
