ABSTRACT: Following the figure skating controversy surrounding the Salt Lake City Olympic Winter games, the U.S. Figure Skating Association has requested that the International Skating Union (ISU) form an ethics commission. ISU President Ottavio Cinquanta insists that the International Skating Union is taking proper and adequate steps to investigation allegations of misconduct.
