- ABSTRACT: A Texas Tech University student has filed a complaint against a professor who insists that his students accept the concept of human evolution in order to obtain a recommendation to medical school or graduate school. Some students claim his policy is unfair because it denies equal treatment to religious students however, the professor claims that his policy is not meant to be discriminatory.
